Snacks
I went to the store and got some snacks. i got a walk in along with the snacks so I don't mind. they're all vegetarian and I loved them all. plus I got a bit of fresh air while doing it. i ate an entire thing of nut which I love
High fiber
I don't know what happened to my body but I've been eating higher fiber than usual and I have been feeling better lately
