I've been trying to get my spending under control. Since I am eating things like fried rice that was on the cheap end since I was into the stuff since I was liking about the cheapest stuff. I love cheaper things

Vegan Chili

I made some vegan Chili. It's awesome and super cheap. I loved it since I can eat off the stuff and i don't have to have a ton of stuff from the store

Vegetarian grocery haul

I've had a few grocery hauls. I'm super into vegetarian food. Things i like getting my vegan meat. While I eat a ton of processed food, I eat some veggies and fruit when I can.

tons of food

I've eaten a ton of food for these last couple of days. While i'm still overweight i'm trying to be better than what i've been. eating a ton of things that have things like vegan bacon and vegan chicken nuggets. Also trying to make sure I'm eating all the right nutrients. eating things like vegan milks with peanut butter and skipping things like syrup and sugary things like that.

vegan soap

i'm using a lot of vegan body cleansers. vegan shampoo, vegan soap and even body washes. those things are awesome. i've got sensetive skin and hair so i used it

nutritional yeast

I got nutritional yeast. It's fun to have. I used it with spaghetti and meatless meatballs. I used it in vegan grilled cheese tonight. I've got some health issues and the stuff in the nutritional yeast helps with it.

eating off vegetarian or vegan food

i buy in bulk. Sometimes that's a little more expensive but you'll have more food and don't have to rely on take out, which there isn't a ton of vegetarian or vegan options sometimes so. Anyways, i'll hvae things and then eat off them strategically and it'll be a good idea espiecially since you can get some good sauce packs from things like McDonald's sometimes. You can buy things and then whatever you have leftover you should have a decent amount of things to make food from. if you do it right you can make and eat off things from months ago.

why i like eating plant based food

the reason i prefer plant based food is becauase it's usually free of unnatural things. I'm allergic to hormones, additives such as nitrates and things that aren't usual

dehydration

I'm dehydrated. It's usually good to drink a ton of water. what happened is last summer i'd gotten really sick and what happened is they found out i am severely anemic. While i usually eat healthily i don't drink enough water. Since covid shut things down, i lost the motivation to drink water. my family can tell i'm dehydrated. I've got a huge half gallon water bottle after i'd gotten out of the ICU as a gift. my mom and i were super happy about drinking a ton. While i'm dinking more water it's hard.

cheese

while any people say don't overdo it with the cheese. It's still an important building block of my diet. Cheese, milk, butter and other things are important to my diet. I eat things that are a lot of dairy since it's kinda a good thing to stock up on it when i can.

plant based

While I was making more vegan food i also like vegetarian food too. I love vegetarian food too. once I was on vacation, I had all vegetarian food. My mom said all my food looks awesome.
