Organic food
I got some organic food from Mom's organic market. I've gotten them since I was there. Plus I like the stuff that I got especially since I have things that are helping me with my weight plus my food allergy
High fiber
I don't know what happened to my body but I've been eating higher fiber than usual and I have been feeling better lately
