Tofu

I went a little crazy on buying tofu. I bought 4 things of tofu. Of course, I'm going to have to USE a lot of tofu in my meals, which i don't mind but it'll be a little weird. I actually used 1 in a veggie stir fry as a substitute for chicken. My mom loves my veggie stir fry usually. I used it to get rid of it out of my fridge
