Stir fry veggies and sausage with rice
I made a veggie stir fry with sausage and rice. It's amazing since it likes the stuff I used to eat before I realized that I had allergic to.
High fiber
I don't know what happened to my body but I've been eating higher fiber than usual and I have been feeling better lately
